Course Outline
This course is a 1 day accredited diploma and is suitable for both the beginner or the established therapist looking to widen their repertoire. The course criteria covers the theory and practical elements of how to complete a manicure treatment. You will learn to complete an express, regular and deluxe manicure to include shaping, cuticle work, exfoliation, hard skin removal, hand mask, paraffin wax, heated mittens and massage. You will also learn about the relevant health and safety and legislation for this qualification, the products and equipment required, the relevant anatomy and physiology and recognising the contraindications to the treatment.
