Anatomy and Physiology

Course Outline

This diploma course is comprised of 13 modules and is a pre-requisite to some courses such as Swedish Massage. It gives the learner a sound knowledge of the body systems and how treatments can affect them.

Systems covered are: Cells, Nervous, Muscular, Skeletal, Integumentary, Digestive, Reproductive, Lymphatic, Circulatory, Endocrine, Respiratory, Excretory and Olfactory.

The course is completed as emailed assignments. The learner is emailed a work pack to study and this will include a question paper. Once completed the learner emails it to Enlighten to be marked. Another module is then sent and the sequence is repeated until all 13 modules have been completed. On completion the learner will be sent their certificate.

Course duration - time to complete is 1 year from booking.

Course cost - £195

This course can be completed alongside courses such as Swedish Massage. If the practical course is completed before the Anatomy and Physiology the practical course certificate will be retained until the Anatomy and Physiology is completed.
