Aromatherapy Blending

Course Outline

 This course is an accredited diploma and is suitable for both the beginner or the established therapist looking to widen their repertoire. The course criteria covers the theory of 30 essential oils and their properties and uses. This is alongside  the practical element of  blending and learning about the oils and carrier oils that can be used in preparation for blending and making bespoke aromatherapy oils blends with essential oils and base oils.  You will also learn about the relevant health and safety and legislation for this qualification, COSHH, the products and equipment required, the relevant anatomy and physiology and recognising the contraindications to the treatment.

Course duration - The Aromatherapy theory units  have a time allowance of 1 year.
