Reiki Level 1 

Course Outline

This course is a 1 day accredited diploma and is suitable for both the beginner and the established therapist looking to widen their repertoire. The course criteria covers the theory and practical elements of how to perform a Reiki self-healing treatment on yourself and to work on family and friends (not paying clients). You will also experience receiving a treatment from your trainer. The treatment will incorporate learning different techniques, hands on and hands off. You will also learn about the relevant health and safety and legislation for this qualification, the products and equipment required, the relevant anatomy and physiology and recognising the contraindications to the treatment. At the end of the day you will be attuned to Reiki level 1.

Booking payment of £40 is required to secure a training date followed by final payment of £145 due at least 2 weeks prior to the training day.
